What does HKICED offer
Fulfilling the obligation of a HK listed company's directors
With the higher investors' expectation and the increasing demand for better corporate governance for listed companies, the HKEx has added a code provision on the training of directors in the Corporate Governance Code and the Corporate Governance Report (Appendix XIV of the Listing Rules). The provision states that "all directors should participate in continuous professional development and update their knowledge and skills to ensure that they continue to contribute to the Board with comprehensive information and appropriate needs". Additionally, the issuer must disclose in the Corporate Governance Report of the annual report how the directors comply with the code provisions on training.
We are here to offer a comprehensive solution to directors. This includes tailor-made professional training courses designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of directors, ensuring they are equipped to fulfill their roles and responsibilities effectively. Our training courses cover a wide range of topics, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and leadership development. With our comprehensive training, directors can stay up-to-date with the latest regulations and best practices, contributing to the success of their companies.
